The following sections are hereby revised as follows:
Section 100.1, insert: “city of Holdenville”.
Section 106.6.2, replace with:
“The fees for all plumbing work shall be as provided in the city’s code of ordinances or as set by the council by motion or resolution.”
Section 108.4, replace with:
“Any person who shall violate a provision of this code or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof or who shall erect, install, alter or repair plumbing work in violation of the approved construction documents or directive of the code official, or of a permit or certificate issued under the provisions of this code, shall be guilty of an offense and punished as provided in § 10.99 of the city code. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.”
Section 108.5, insert at end:
“Stop work order violations shall be punished in accordance with § 10.99 of the city code.”
Section 305.6.1 (page 18, last line), insert:
“a depth in feet as determined by the City Council”.
Section 904.1 (page 71, second line), insert:
“a height in feet as determined by the City Council”.
