(A) Adoption. The 2018 International Plumbing Code (IPC) developed by ICC is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the city for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the IPC are hereby referred to, adopted, incorporated and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this code with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in this subchapter.
(B) Effective date. The IPC shall become effective in the city on February 1, 2022.
(C) Copy on file. One copy of the IPC shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk for public use, inspection and examination.
