A. Rules And Policies: The metropolitan area planning commission (MAPC) may, from time to time, adopt, amend and make public rules and policies for the administration of this title in order to maintain an informed public and assist the subdivider in the expeditious review and approval of his subdivision plat. B. Amendment After Public Hearing: The regulations of this title may be enlarged or amended only after a public hearing has been held by the MAPC and adopted by ordinance, carried by not less than a majority of the full membership of the MAPC. Such amendments shall be effective upon approval by the city council and the county commissioners. (Ord. 594, 8-5-1997; amd. 2004 Code)
