A. Governing Provisions: The regulations of this title shall govern all forms of "subdivision" as defined in section 11-2-2 of this title, and shall be applicable to all the area within the incorporated limits of Holdenville, Oklahoma, as well as the unincorporated areas of Hughes County within three (3) miles of the corporate limits of the municipality.
B. Forms Of Subdivisions: This title shall apply to the following forms of land subdivision:
1. The division of land or air space into two (2) or more tracts, lots, sites, parcels, units, plots or interests for the purpose of sale, lease or development, any one of which when subdivided shall contain less than ten (10) acres in area.
2. The division of land previously subdivided or platted into tracts, lots, sites, parcels, units, plots or interest less than ten (10) acres in area.
3. The dedication of any street or alley through any tract of land. (Ord. 594, 8-5-1997)
