§ 136.02 JUVENILE POSSESSION OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS AND ELECTRONIC SMOKING DEVICES IN CERTAIN PLACES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The possession by minors of lighted tobacco or electronic smoking devices in any form is a public nuisance and dangerous to public health and is hereby prohibited when such possession is in any municipal place used by or open to the public, public transportation, or any indoor municipal workplace, except where specifically allowed by state law.
   (B)   This prohibition includes:
      (1)   All buildings owned or operated by this city, shall be entirely tobacco free to include all forms of tobacco products including electronic smoking devices. It does not include incidental public access areas;
      (2)   All indoor recreational areas owned or operated by this city, shall be entirely tobacco free to include all forms of tobacco products including electronic smoking devices; and
      (3)   Any usage on municipal property within 200 feet of public schools operating within the city limits.
