§ 119.091 TERM OF PERMIT; RENEWALS.
   (A)   Term of permit. A permit to grow marijuana for personal medical use shall expire 12 months after date of issuance.
   (B)   Renewal of permit. The permittee shall apply for renewal at least ten days prior to the expiration of their permit.
