§ 119.067 DISPOSAL OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA AND MARIJUANA BYPRODUCTS.
   All medical marijuana and any product containing a usable form of marijuana must be made unusable and unrecognizable prior to removal from the business in compliance with all applicable laws. This provision shall not apply to licensed law enforcement, including, without limitation, the city’s Police Department and the city’s Fire Department.
