(A) No person, other than a patient, permittee, employee, or a caregiver, shall be in the restricted area. No patient shall be allowed entry into the restricted area without showing a valid Oklahoma medical marijuana patient license and a valid picture ID.
(B) No person, other than an employee or caregiver of the business shall be permitted in the restricted area of the business. No access to the restricted area may be permitted by non-Oklahoma residents or for compensation. A log shall be maintained on the business premises and available for inspection upon request by Code Enforcement.
