§ 119.035 DEFENSE TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTIONS.
   Compliance with the requirements of this chapter shall not provide an exception, immunity or defense to criminal prosecution under any applicable law, except in the city’s municipal court, for a violation of this chapter as specifically provided herein.
