§ 118.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
