A. Violations: All discharges of septic tank materials in violation of the provisions section 8-3-9 of this chapter shall be a violation punishable by fine. Each separate discharge from each tank shall be considered a separate violation.
B. Penalty: The maximum punishment which may be levied for violation of this section shall be a fine not exceeding six hundred dollars ($600.00) excluding costs. (Ord. 848, 9-1-2015)
