Every residential inhabitant within the corporate limits of the city, and every commercial or business entity or enterprise therein who may practicably do so, shall utilize sanitary sewer service only through said sanitary sewer system. The provisions of this section shall be enforced by appropriate legal action upon direction of the city council. (Ord. 578-B, 7-5-1994)
