(A) All permits and licenses under this chapter shall expire on June 30 of each year.
(B) Termination of employment as a security guard for a period of more than 30 days shall result in expiration of the permit.
(C) All employers of security guards must give the city notice within ten days of the termination of employment of any security guard.
(D) Individuals operating under a permit who become re-employed during the 30-day period must submit an affidavit of employment from the new employer.
(E) Bankruptcy of a security company shall result in forfeiture of its license.
(F) Licenses and permits may be renewed upon yearly re-application.
(G) Licenses and permits shall not be transferable.
(H) The application for renewal of licenses or permits not authorizing the carrying of firearms need not be reprocessed if filed with the city 15 days prior to expiration of the current license, but other applications shall be reprocessed.
(I) Any person whose license or permit has been revoked shall not be eligible for a new license or permit under this chapter for a period of one year from the date of such revocation.
