(A) Days for holding sales. All such sales shall be conducted only on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
(B) Number of sales limited. No person or group of persons shall conduct more than four such sales in any one calendar year.
(C) Storage of products for sale. All products held overnight shall be stored in an enclosed building, out of sight from any point off the premises. The same applies after the time of sale has elapsed.
(D) Recovery of advertising. All advertising placed at various points in the city shall be recovered within 24 hours after the sale is completed. Failure to do so is a littering violation.
(E) Parking arrangements. Any person or group of persons conducting such sale shall make arrangements for the parking of vehicles of prospective customers so as not to obstruct the flow of traffic on adjoining streets and so as not to obscure vision at intersections.
