§ 114.09 ADVERTISEMENTS OF IMMORAL CHARACTER.
   No billposter or other person shall post or affix so that the same can be seen from any street, public ground or public way, a bill or advertisement containing pictures, illustrations or printed matter of any obscene or immoral character.
