(A) All billboards wherever erected in the city shall be built of galvanized iron and shall not exceed 15 feet in height from the ground when built independent of any building.
(B) Posts shall not be less than four inches by four inches and shall not be set more than seven feet apart and shall be planted to a depth of at least four feet.
(C) All billboards shall be firmly braced in the rear.
