§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who shall peddle or attempt to peddle any goods, wares and merchandise contrary to the provisions of this chapter shall commit an offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished accordingly. Provided that each act of sale or offer to sell contrary to the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
