§ 100.39 ENCLOSURES; MONUMENTS; DOUBLE GRAVE MARKERS.
   (A)   Restrictions; specifications. No enclosure of any kind, such as fencing, coping, curbing or hedging will be permitted around any single grave space, lot or part of a lot. No monument or marker will be permitted to be placed on any grave space, lot or parts thereof until such burial ground has been paid for in full. No wood or inflammable marker shall be allowed in the cemetery. Family monuments shall be of granite and shall be erected only on lots or parts of lots having an area of 160 square feet or more and shall be placed in the center of the east line of the lot. Foundation excavation for such monuments shall be at least five feet deep and shall be of solid masonry or concrete, flush with ground level and shall have an apron of solid masonry of not less than six inches in width around the base of the stone, flush with ground level. Double grave markers of granite, marble or bronze material may be erected or placed at the head of the graves, provided proper foundation be made, but only for husband and wife or for two people buried in the same grave at the same time.
   (B)   Grave markers.
      (1)   One grave marker, only, may be placed at any other grave, and such marker shall be placed at the head of the grave. No foot stone marker shall be permitted. All grave markers shall be of granite, marble or bronze material and must be set on concrete foundation and the top of such marker shall be flush with the ground level.
      (2)   No monument or marker of any kind shall be permitted to be set in a socket or with a dowel.
   (C)   Corner posts. Corner posts must be of granite or marble, flush with the ground level and must be six inches or more square and extending at least eight inches into the ground and set on concrete foundation, provided, if corner posts shall extend into the ground 18 inches or more, no underneath foundation will be required.
