§ 100.38 PLANTING OR REMOVING TREES; PERMISSION REQUIRED.
   No tree, shrubbery or plant shall be planted without permission of the caretaker, but any tree, shrubbery or plant once planted by permission of the caretaker shall not be removed except by direction of the caretaker.
