§ 100.32 USE OF LOTS.
   (A)   The lots sold shall be used solely for the burial of human dead.
   (B)   Lots sold shall be used by the family purchasing them, their relatives or descendants, unless special permission is obtained from the owner of such lot or his or her authorized agent.
