(A) Lot and grave space prices. The price of lots and grave spaces in Lewis Addition shall be as set by the City Council from time to time by motion or resolution. A copy of the current schedule shall be on file in the City Clerk’s office.
(B) Payment of purchase price in full. No deed to property purchased will be delivered until purchase price is paid in full. Any unused ground contracted for, but not paid for according to agreement, shall revert to the city. All purchases of burial sites shall be made at the office of the City Clerk and a record of all property sold and of burials made shall be kept in the City Clerk’s office.
