7-4-8: WADING OR SWIMMING; DAMAGING POLES:
It is unlawful for any person to wade or swim in any lakes or ponds in public parks within the city or to climb upon or otherwise damage light poles, bulbs and fixtures around such lakes or ponds. (1985 Code § 11-117)
