A. Persons Age Sixty Five And Over: Any resident of the city who is of the age of sixty five (65) years and over may hereafter fish free of any charge or fee in the waters of any reservoir under the control and management of the city. (1985 Code § 11-116)
B. July Fourth: There is no charge or fee to any person, regardless of age, who is a resident of the city for fishing in any reservoir under the control and management of the city on the date of July 4 of any year. (1985 Code § 11-118)
