7-4-5: PRESUMPTIVE EVIDENCE OF OVERNIGHT CAMPING:

The installation or stopping of any trailer or the erection of any tent or shelter after one hour before sundown in the areas described in section 7-4-3 of this chapter shall constitute presumptive evidence of the breach of this chapter. (1985 Code § 11-114)
