7-4-4: WAIVER OF PROVISIONS:
The provisions of this chapter may be waived by the mayor and council at any regular or special meeting in favor of any person, organized group or association, for such time as specified, not to exceed five (5) days and nights, consecutively. (1985 Code § 11-113)
