7-2-5: DUTY OF STREET SUPERINTENDENT:

All such work shall be done under the supervision of the street superintendent. The cash or bond shall be returned, upon performance of the work as herein required, in a reasonable time. The street superintendent shall utilize such portion of the cash deposit or bond as may be necessary for the purpose of restoring the places to their former condition. (1985 Code § 14-305)
