6-10-1: APPLICATION OF BICYCLE REGULATIONS:
The provisions of this chapter shall apply whenever a bicycle is operated upon any street or upon any public way, or upon any path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles, subject to those exceptions stated in this chapter. (1985 Code § 15-1101)
