§ 31.62 REFUSAL TO UNDERGO TESTING OR TAMPERING WITH SAMPLE.
   Employees who refuse to undergo testing according to the terms of this subchapter will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination. Adulteration of a specimen or of a drug or alcohol test will be considered as a refusal to undergo a test and will result in disciplinary action up through and including termination of employment.
