§ 31.58 POST REHABILITATION TESTING.
   The city may require an employee to undergo drug and/or alcohol testing, without prior notice, for a period of up to two years after the employee’s return to work following a confirmed positive test result or following participation in a drug or alcohol dependency program. Post rehabilitation testing will be conducted in addition to any other testing the employee is subject to under this policy.
