§ 94.02 ENFORCEMENT AND APPEAL.
   (A)   Enforcement officer. The city inspector shall be responsible for inspection and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   Appeal to Council. Any person aggrieved by a decision of the city inspector may appeal to the City Council according to the procedure contained in §§ 150.087 and 150.999(F) of this code of ordinances.
