§ 31.51 EFFECTIVE DATE.
   This subchapter will be effective ten days after posting in a prominent place at all city facilities where employees routinely report for duty and following distribution of the policy to all employees. In addition, a copy will be given to each applicant for employment upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment.
