§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Burning trash and debris. Penalty for burning, in violation of § 91.37, without first obtaining any permit is $150 plus court costs. Penalty for violation of the terms of the permit guidelines is $50, including court costs for the first offense each year; $100, including court costs for the second offense each year; and $225, including court costs for the third offense each year.

   (C)   Penalty for conviction of violating § 91.38.
      (1)   Upon a conviction for unsightliness in violation of § 91.38, the occupant shall be punishable by $20 court costs and a $100 fine. Upon a second conviction, the fine is increased to $140 including court costs. Upon a third conviction, the fine is increased to $160 including court costs. Tickets shall be issued at not less than ten-day intervals.
      (2)   In the event any ticket is not paid, the amount may be posted as a judgment in the County Clerk’s office against the named occupant. Further, a city warrant shall issue, and the conviction reported to the State Department of Public Safety as in other cases.
