§ 31.35 ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER; ELECTION.
   The Mayor is the chief administrative officer of the city and shall have all the powers and duties prescribed by state law and as may be prescribed by ordinance. The schedule for election of the Mayor is provided in § 31.01 of this chapter.
