§ 71.33 VEHICLE APPROACHING OR ENTERING INTERSECTION.
   (A)   Right-of-way. When two vehicles enter or approach an uncontrolled intersection from different highways at approximately the same time, the driver of the vehicle on the left shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle on the right as otherwise stated in this title; however, the driver of a vehicle on a street which is not a state or federal highway approaching an intersection with a state or federal highway shall stop and yield the right-of-way to a vehicle which has entered the intersection or which is so close thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard.
   (B)   Modification of rule. The right-of-way rule declared in division (A) of this section is modified at through highways as otherwise stated in this chapter.
