The design, installation, retrofitting, and location of grease interceptors will be in accordance with the Plumbing Code as interpreted by the building inspector. Other grease removal devices or remedies shall not be allowed unless approved in writing by the building inspector as in compliance with city requirements. Bacteria, enzymes or other additives shall not be allowed for the treatment of FOGs in any form or manner.
