§ 57.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. The person or persons designated by the City Manager `to enforce compliance with the provisions of this chapter. The Code Enforcement/Building Inspector is designated as ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
   FACILITY. A hospital, nursing home and school that generates FOGs; may also be referred to as a GENERATOR. Multiple housing developments of more than ten units that are single metered, and multiple housing units in excess of 20 units, regardless of metering shall constitute a FACILITY.
   FISCAL YEAR. A 12-month period commencing July 1, and ending June 30.
   FOG(s). Fats, oils and grease.
   GENERATOR. Any facility that produces FOGs; may also be referred to as a FACILITY.
   GREASE INTERCEPTOR. A device that separates, traps and holds FOGs from the wastewater discharge from a facility to prevent the FOGs from entering the POTW; may also be referred to as a GREASE TRAP.
   GREASE TRANSPORTER. Any person, firm or corporation who engages in the business of cleaning grease interceptors and/or the transportation of the waste removed therefrom.
   POTW. Publicly owned treatment works; also known as the City of Holdenville wastewater treatment plant.
   SUPERNATANT. The clear fluid above a sediment or precipitate.
