4-1-3: COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH REGULATIONS:

It is unlawful for any person to wilfully violate or refuse or fail to comply with any lawful order, direction, prohibition, rule or regulation of the health officer, or any officer charged with enforcement of such order, direction, prohibition, rule or regulation. (1985 Code § 8-503; amd. 2004 Code)
