§ 54.03 PENALTIES AUTHORIZED FOR NONPAYMENT.
   The same penalties and methods of collections provided for by the ordinances of the city for nonpayment of water bills are hereby authorized and provided for in the collection of nonpayment of this charge or fee for sanitary spraying.
