SECTION 11: COVENANT.
The provisions hereof shall be binding upon the undersigned, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands, executing this Declaration of Trust in several multiple originals, all of which constitute one and the same instrument, this 21st day of April, 1964.

ACCEPTANCE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST
On this 21st day of April, 1964, pursuant to resolution duly adopted by its City Council, the City of Holdenviile, Oklahoma, and the City Council as the governing body of the city, hereby accept, for and on behalf of the city, the beneficial interest in the trust created by the within and foregoing declaration of trust, in all respects in accordance with the terms of the declaration of trust.
