The name of this trust shall be, and the Trustees thereof in their representative fiduciary capacity shall be designated as “The Holdenville Public Works Authority”. Under that name, the trustees shall, so far as practicable, conduct all business, and execute all instruments in writing, and otherwise perform their duties and functions, in the execution of this trust.
