3-11-6: PENALTY:

Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. (1985 Code § 16-206)
