3-11-3: LICENSE FEE; TERM:
   A.   Fee Set By Council: The fee for such license shall be for the first taxicab, and each additional license, the sums as set by the city council by motion or resolution. (1985 Code § 16-203)
   B.   Term: Licenses shall extend from July 1 until June 30 following, and full license fee must be paid for any part of such year. (1985 Code § 16-203; amd. 2004 Code)
