§ 37.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any violation of §§ 37.15 through 37.33 shall be liable for a fine not to exceed $200 per day, or the maximum legal limit.

   (C)   Upon conviction of a violation of § 37.52, the offending operator shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100, including costs, or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days or by both such fine or imprisonment; each day is to be considered a separate offense to be charged severally.
