§ 150.04 ENFORCEMENT.
   Construction of any major development project shall not be commenced until the Board of Commissioners has held two regular meetings subsequent to the filing of the Environmental Impact Statement. During this period, the Board of Commissioners shall hold a legislative hearing on the Impact Statement. Notice of the hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the area no less than one week prior to the date of the hearing. The Building Inspector shall not issue any building permit or Certificate of Occupancy or compliance for any structure within a major development project except upon a finding by the Board of Commissioners that the requirements of this chapter have been met. Nor shall any approval, permit, license, certificate, or filing provided for by any zoning ordinance, subdivision control ordinance, or other land control use ordinance be granted or allowed the Board of Commissioners, Building Inspector or any other town official or body except upon a finding by the Board of Commissioners that the requirements of this chapter have been met.
