§ 91.48 REVOCATION.
   The Inspections Department may revoke a permit upon determination that the permit holder, or any agent or employee of the permit holder, has violated any provision of the North Carolina Building Code, Fire Prevention Code or of this subchapter, or any stated condition of the permit. The Inspections Department shall advise the permit holder, in writing, of the reason for the revocation.
