(A) Conditions, restrictions and regulations. In addition to the requirements set forth in KRS 243.260 and 804 KAR 4:251, anyone operating with a special temporary license as found in § 112.022(G) of this chapter shall also adhere to the following:
(1) The event for which the special temporary license is obtained must be a civic or community event.
(2) All proper state and local licenses and permits must be obtained by the entity or individual holding the special temporary license.
(3) Entities or individuals holding the special temporary license must maintain liability insurance and sign waiver of liability and indemnification.
(4) Entities or individuals holding the special temporary license must provide proof that those who sell and serve alcohol have received proper training and are age appropriate.
(5) Alcohol must be sold in non-breakable containers, colored or clear disposable plastic cups approved by the ABC Administrator or aluminum bottles/cans. Glass bottles are not allowed in the designated area.
(6) Proper signs clearly showing the designated area for alcohol consumption must be posted.
(7) Businesses with existing ABC licenses and temporary licenses must receive written approval from the city to utilize the designated area.
(8) ID checked wristbands are required at all events.
(9) No alcohol shall be allowed in areas designated as "kids zones".
