§ 110.36 RECORDS TO BE KEPT BY EMPLOYERS AND LICENSEES.
   Employers and others subject to the occupational license fee under this chapter are required to keep such records as will enable their filing of true and accurate returns, whether of fees withheld at the source or of fees payable upon earnings or net profits, or both, and such records are to be preserved to enable the City Clerk to verify the correctness of the return filed.
