(A) There is hereby levied and established an annual business license fee in the amount of $50 upon all persons and business entities doing business or conducting business in the city. No person or business entity shall conduct business within the corporate limits of the city without having first paid the fee and without having obtained the prescribed license therefor.
(B) Collection of this fee shall become effective January 1, 2020.
