§ 95.03 APPLICATION TO CITY-OWNED OR CITY-OPERATED FACILITIES.
   Facilities including all buildings and vehicles owned or operated by the city shall constitute public areas as defined in § 95.02 and shall be governed by this chapter. In addition to penalties established by this chapter, a violation of this policy by a city employee on or in city property will be cause for disciplinary measures against such employee by supervisory personnel under applicable employee policies and procedures.
