§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who violates § 130.01(B) of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined no more than $250 and/or imprisoned for no longer than 50 days.
   (C)   Any person violating § 130.02 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $19; provided, however, that, all juveniles in violation of § 130.02 of this chapter shall be referred to the Juvenile Court of the county.

   (D)   Disorderly conduct, per § 130.03 of this chapter, is punishable by imprisonment in jail for not more than six months, by a fine of not more than $500, or both.
